The Rock & Rouge Foundation was founded by artist/producer Lani Ramos of Big Pearl Entertainment.  The Foundation is producing The Rock & Rouge Women’s Music & Food Festival 2020 & beyond and is a legally registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with tax-exempt status granted by the IRS on January 18, 2018. The Foundation is legally registered to do business in the State of Louisiana. In 2017, Big Pearl Entertainment, LLC (BPE) made the initial investment to produce the Rock & Rouge Women’s Festival 2018. BPE, LLC was created by Ramos in 2015 to produce live shows, like Yeah You Rite LIVE! (www.yeahyourite.com).
